My Recovery Checklist
- Eat McDonalds
- Go out for Ice Cream (not frozen yogurt)
- Drink regular Coke
- Eat a whole serving of pasta
- Eat popcorn in a movie theatre
- Try eggs again (they are a more recent fear)
- Bake cookies and EAT them
- Smoothies (I used to LOVE them)
- Birthday Dinner at Boston Market
- A full day of Meal Plan
